Tip: When planning your house siting – please check with local council about what the minimum setbacks are from your property boundary. Some councils have no setbacks, while others have a minimum set distance. To check please go to your local council planning schemes:

We can undertake the field assessment and get the BMS report back to you within 7 – 10 working days.
